Tiffany Shanelle Home is an interior design practice based in New Orleans, Louisiana. This page explains what happens to your information when you use this website, send an inquiry, or book a consultation.
What is collected
The inquiry form. What you type into it: your name, your email address, your message, and — where the form asks — the type of project, where the property is, the scope and timing you have in mind, and a budget range.
A phone number is optional. If you leave one, it is used to reach you about your project. Leaving it blank changes nothing about how your inquiry is handled.
Booking a consultation. If you book a consultation through this site, the scheduling service collects your name, your email address, and the appointment time you choose, and sends a confirmation to you and to us.
The inquiry form and the booking page are the only places you are asked for anything. The site also measures visits, which is described in its own section below.
Why it is collected
To read your inquiry, reply to it, route it to the right kind of conversation, and talk with you about a possible project. If you request something, such as the planning checklist, your email address is used to send it, along with a small number of polite follow-ups about your project. Every follow-up email includes an unsubscribe link, and one click stops them.
Text messages
Text messages are optional and never automatic. You are only texted if you leave a phone number and tick the box agreeing to it. That box is never ticked for you.
- What is sent. Replies to your inquiry, confirmations and reminders for a booked consultation, and updates about your project.
- How often. Message frequency varies.
- Cost. Message and data rates may apply.
- Stopping. Reply STOP to any message and they stop. Reply HELP for help, or use the contact page.
Your phone number is never sold, and it is never shared with anyone for their own marketing. No third party sends you texts.
Agreeing to texts is never a condition of anything. You can send an inquiry, book a consultation, and work with Tiffany Shanelle Home without it.
What does not happen

Visitor measurement
One tool is used to understand how the site is working. It is not an advertising tool, and it is not used to follow you around the internet.
It records the page visited, the site or search that referred you, the country, and whether the device was a phone or a computer. It sets no cookies and records nothing that identifies you. It is a count, not a person.
Individual browsing sessions are not recorded.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies. Not for advertising, not for measurement, not for anything else. There is nothing here to accept or decline, which is why you have not been asked.
If your browser sends a “Do Not Track” signal, measurement does not run at all. The setting is respected automatically, without you having to ask.
Who else can see it
Inquiries, bookings and messages are delivered by the services that host and run this website, its scheduling, and its messaging. They process the information only in order to deliver it, and they do not use it for any purpose of their own.
How long it is kept
Inquiries are kept for up to two years after our last exchange, then removed. You can ask for yours to be removed sooner.
Your choices
You may ask what information is held about you, ask for a copy of it, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Use the contact page and the request will be handled.
Children
This site is intended for adults and is not directed at children.
Changes
If this policy changes, the revised version will be posted here with a new date at the top.
